Please read the contents of this page carefully. Before We Host Arizona can host your web site, you must agree to these terms entirely and unconditionally. (You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase hosting services from We Host Arizona.)

We Host Arizona reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement in any way at any time to remain compliant with any local, state or federal laws, regulations and/or security requirements.

We Host Arizona strictly prohibits the use of hosting services for any illegal activity. This includes but is not limited to: violations of U.S. export laws, fraud, harassment, drug trafficking, unauthorized access, transmission, distribution or storage of material that is protected under copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, government and military data, academic data, financial data, obscene or defamatory material.

We Host Arizona reserves the right to monitor all contents and activities on network resources. Server space is not for resale under any circumstance. We Host Arizona reserves the right to discontinue hosting to any account which uses excessive network resources. A minimum 7 days notice will be given to account holder prior to discontinuation of service.

Any attempts, successful or unsuccessful, to violate network security will result in termination of services and may result in criminal and civil liability. Any suspected violations will be investigated and may involve law enforcement if criminal activity is suspected. We Host Arizona respects and protects the privacy of customer data. Security violations include but are not limited to: unauthorized access, monitoring and/or use of data, systems or networks, attempts to scan, probe or test system vulnerability or cause any other damage, interference of service to any user (i.e. mail bombing, flooding, broadcast attacks, etc.), electronic forging of any kind including any part of a header, IP addresses, business names, domains, etc. This applies to all e-mail and newsgroup postings.

Mass mailing to legitimate mailing lists and subscriber lists is acceptable. Mailing any unsolicited information, announcement, advertisement or other material is considered spam and is prohibited. Excessive cross posting or multiple posting of the same message to newsgroups is also considered spam and is prohibited. Any attempts to violate the "no spamming" policy, direct or indirect, will result in the immediate termination of services. Sending spam from any other ISP or enlisting a third party to send spam on your behalf to reference a site hosted on the servers of We Host Arizona is also a violation and will result in service termination.

Sharing FTP (File Transfer Protocol) account information and passwords with any unauthorized user or third party is prohibited. Account holder is responsible for all users of the account. Refunds will NOT be issued to any account that has been terminated for policy violation.

Complaints regarding spam, e-mail abuse, illegal use of system or network, and all security issues should be sent to support@wehostarizona.com

Any vulgarity, profanity or threat directed at any We Host Arizona staff member may result in immediate account termination without any refund provided.

We Host Arizona does not use any private information for any other service other than that which you have subscribed. We Host Arizona will not take part in sharing your information with any third parties, vendors, partners, or affiliates.

Use of We Host Arizona services is at the account holder's risk. We Host Arizona does not guarantee the service to be error free or uninterrupted and shall not be liable, in any way, for a any damage or loss of business, consequential or inconsequential, arising out of the use or misuse of the service.

The account holder will indemnify and hold harmless We Host Arizona against any loss, damage, cost and expense which We Host Arizona may incur or become liable for by reason of claims or actions for libel, violation of privacy rights, plagiarism, copyright infringement, trademark or trade name infringement, domain name disputes, and claims arising in connection with any data pursuant to the terms and provisions of this agreement and any claims or suits resulting from the account holder's use of the service including, without limitation, the expense and cost of defending any and all such claims and actions.

We Host Arizona is committed to providing quality service to all customers and insuring courteous and responsible use of the Internet.
